License Appeal Tribunal
The License Appeal Tribunal (LAT) is part of Safety, Licensing Appeals and Standards Tribunals Ontario (SLASTO). They resolve appeals from people involved in motor vehicle accidents who have had their claims denied by their insurance companies. LSB has experience representing clients successfully during these hearings. We firmly believe that if you’ve been in an accident, you need expert legal representation to properly present your case to the Tribunal and you shouldn’t have to pay a lawyer.
Denial of Benefits
If you’ve been in an accident and your insurer is refusing to pay for your medical bills, time lost at work, or any other benefits, contact the LSB Legal Services team immediately to help you through the claims process and help you secure the compensation you deserve.
