Loreto Scarola is a Licensed Paralegal having successfully completed the Law Society of Upper Canada's Paralegal Licensing program.
For nearly the past 20 years, Mr. Scarola has successfully represented hundreds of clients with respect to the management and settlement of their Statutory Accident Benefit claims.
Mr. Scarola brings a wealth of experience in having appeared on behalf of claimants at Arbitration Hearings with the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and now at the Licence Appeals Tribunal.
